A motor vehicle accident with airbag deployment and possible injuries brought police to 331 Bridge St., at 1:11 a.m. After a brief investigation, they arrested Pedro C. Hernandez, 35, of 17 Beach Road, Apt. Officers were unable to make contact with the resident. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license; a number plate violation to conceal his ID; operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. Officers responded to the 700 block of West Wilson Street at 12:41 p.m. Saturday to perform a welfare check on a resident who the complainant had not spoken to in some time.
